    Dear Keith,

    I remember the first time I=20 emailed you asking for help. You quicky replied and told me were=20 here to help me.  It sounded so good, but I wasn't sure if=20 I really wanted to stop.  You told me to check out the=20 manual.  I did.  As I read each page, I knew right=20 then and there we have a lot in common.  I followed=20 everything in the manual.  I wanted to stop and I tried so=20 many times before.  I am proud to say I made the right=20 choice. 

    Life is getting better and I will=20 always remember it's one day at a time.
