I'll commit it then. 

Could you please modify the port slightly ? Please take into 
consideration, that FreeBSD-current and FreeBSD-2.2-STABLE  both 
come with libz as part of the base system. 

So I think there is no need for an option to use jpeg. Correct 
my if I'm wrong ;-)
