* IMPORTANT * How to share Tonka City Buildings over the Internet or on Floppy Disk (or any removable media). Sharing your creations is as easy as 1, 2, 3: 1. Compress your file 2. Attach it to your email or copy it to a floppy disk (or any removable media) 3. Send it to your friend Your Tonka Buildings from the City will be stored in your Import/Export Folder in the Tonka Construction 2 Folder inside the Hasbro Interactive Program Group; Start>Programs>Hasbro Interactive>Tonka Construction 2>Tonka Construction 2 Import Export. Tonka Buildings all will have a ".ieb" extension (eg, "mike12.ieb"). Remember, depending on how large a construction you've made and the number of animating signs you've added, your Tonka Building can take up a lot of memory. You might want to shrink it down before emailing or copying to disk. We recommend that you compress your Tonka Building by using a compression utility such as WinZip, but most specifically buildings with many animating signs, as they take up more space.. If you don't already have a compression utility, you can download one from shareware archives, such as www.shareware.com or www.download.com. Follow the instructions that come with the software. Typically, there will be an easy option requiring you simply to drag your Tonka Building file on top of a compression icon. [Note: The receiving party will need to decompress your file using a similar compression utility. If you want to avoid this situation, be sure to save your file as a self-extracting archive, which will create a small application that will automatically decompress the file upon launching. Again, consult the instructions of your compression utility.] Next, follow the typical procedure of your email program to attach your file and send it to your friend. You will likely need to scroll through your hard drive (typically, drive C) to find your program files and then locate the Hasbro Interactive Program Group with the Tonka Construction 2 folder inside. Again, the Import/Export folder is inside the TC2 folder. Remember, if you don't want to use email, simply copy your file onto a floppy disk (or any removable media) and hand it to a friend. Be sure to tell your friend to decompress your file and copy it into the Import/Folder for Tonka Construction 2 on their hard drive. Have fun building, L'il Truckster! Tonka Joe!
