This document will outline the steps required to correctly remove CorelDRAW  3 from a
computer running Windows  95.

Deleting the CorelDRAW 3.0 folder
1.  Click Start, Programs, Windows Explorer.

2.  Click the COREL30 or CORELDRW folder, and press DELETE.

3.  When prompted, confirm the folder delete, and click Yes to All.

Note: All personal files stored in the COREL30 or CORELDRW will also be deleted.  To avoid
this, copy those files to a folder outside of the COREL30, or CORELDRW folder.


Removing CorelDRAW 3.0 from the Taskbar 
1.  Click Start, Settings, Taskbar, and click the Start Menu Programs tab.

2.  Click Remove.

3.  Click the CorelDRAW 3 entry, usually listed as Corel Graphics, and click Remove.


Editing the WIN.INI File

Note:  Before making any changes to the WIN.INI,  it is strongly recommended that a backup
copy be created.

To Create a Backup of the WIN.INI
1.  Click Start, Programs, Windows Explorer.
2.  In the WINDOWS folder, click the WIN.INI.
3.  Click Edit, Copy
4.  Insert a diskette into the drive.
5.  Double-click the diskette drive, i.e, A:\.
6.  Click Edit, Paste.
 

Edit the WIN.INI file
1.  Click Start, Run.  Type WIN.INI, and click OK.
2.  Delete the following entries (if available) from the WIN.INI:

        [CorelDraw3]
        DrawDir=C:\COREL\COREL30\DRAW
        ChartDir=C:\COREL\COREL30\CHART
        ShowDir=C:\COREL\COREL30\SHOW
        PhotoPaintDir=C:\COREL\COREL30\PHOTOPNT
        TraceDir=C:\COREL\COREL30\DRAW
        MosaicDir=C:\COREL\COREL30\DRAW

3.  Click File, Save.


Removing CorelDRAW 3 Fonts

Depending on the type of installation performed, different fonts will be installed on the system. 
CorelDRAW 3 fonts can be uninstalled using the Fonts icon in the Control Panel.  To access the
Fonts icon, click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Fonts.

Note: Before removing fonts from the system, verify that they are CorelDRAW 3 fonts.  It is also
important to confirm that these fonts are not required by any other application on the system.  The
CorelDRAW manual, provides a complete listing of all the fonts included with the application. 

Once the fonts have been removed, restart the computer
