#4702- Uninstalling and Reinstalling Corel Print Office™ Before uninstalling Corel Print Office™, the address book should be backed up by exporting it. Exporting the Address Book 1. Launch Corel Colleagues & Contacts. 2. Click the Address Book tab. 3. Click the Export Record To Text File tab. 4. In the Export Address Book window, click C drive in the Save In list box. 5. Type a filename, and click Export. 6. Exit Corel Family & Friends. Uninstalling Corel Print Office 1. Click Start, Programs, Corel Print Office, Setup and Notes, Uninstaller. 2. Click Next, and enable the Corel Print Office check box. 3. Click Next, Next, and OK. 4.When the uninstall is completed successfully, click Finish. Installing Corel Print Office 1. Insert CD-ROM #1. 2. Click Start, Run. 3. Type D:\SETUP.EXE ( where D:\ is the drive letter of the CD-ROM drive) on the Open command line, and click OK. 4. The Corel Setup Wizard will launch, click Next. 5. Read and accept the License Agreement. 6. Type the User information, click Next, and Next again. 7. Type the product serial number, and click Next. 8. Click Typical install, and click Next. 9. Accept the default for the destination folder, and click Next. 10.Accept the defaults for the Shortcut folder, and click Next. 11. Click Install, when the install is complete, click OK. Importing the Address Book 1. Launch Corel Colleagues & Contacts. 2. Click the Address Book tab. 3. Click the Import Records From Text File tab. 4. In the Import Address Book window, click C drive in the Look In list box, and click All Files *.* in the Files of Type list box. 5. Locate the address book that was exported in the Exporting the Address Book section of this document, and click Next. 6. Click Field 1, and click the Field Name list box. Click the matching options displayed in Field 1, in the Field Name list box. For example, under Field 1, First Name is a category. First Name is also a category under the Field Name list box. Repeat this procedure for all remaining Fields. 7. Click Next, Finish, and click OK.
