Interactive Trouble Shooting Guide

If you do not have access to your CD-ROM drive after choosing the step-by-step boot process it is likely that you are using 16-bit CD ROM drivers that are loaded in the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT. Some 16-bit drivers may fail to function properly when running under Windows 95. Most of the time Windows will automatically detect a CD-ROM device and load the appropriate 32-bit drivers if no other driver is detected however in some instances it cannot. When this is the case it becomes necessary to contact the manufacture of the CD-ROM drive and obtain 32-bit drivers from that source.

Please obtain 32-bit CD-ROM drivers before continuing.
