Saving Chapters Across Multiple Disks - #4206

            When there is a need to transport a Corel VENTURA chapter
            or publication to another system, please note the
            following recommendations:

               * If you have copied a large chapter or publication
                 across a set of diskettes or other removable media,
                 when the chapter or publication is to be retrieved
                 from the diskettes, it is necessary to use the Copy
                 All command located under the File menu, under
                 Manage Publication, to copy the contents of the
                 diskettes to the destination hard disk.
               * Should an attempt be made to open a multiple disk
                 chapter or publication directly from the diskettes,
                 your files will be incomplete. Any chapter or
                 publication whose contents span multiple disks must
                 be copied to the hard disk by way of the Copy All
                 routine before being opened in Corel VENTURA.

            on pages 5-32 through 5-36 for detailed instructions on
            the Copy All command and other file management
            operations.
