# 5514- Computer Stops Responding When Launching 
Corel VENTURA Publisher  5

If one or more of the following occurs when double-clicking the Corel VENTURA  icon, OLE
conflicts are being experienced:

          The computer exits to a DOS prompt.
          The hour glass spins for a few seconds, and then returns to the Program Manager.
          Nothing happens, or a short burst of hard drive activity is experienced.
                              
Corel VENTURA 5 revision E2 has known compatibility issues with OLE version 2.02. To check
which revision is installed, launch CorelDRAW  5, and click Help, About CorelDRAW. 

To correct this issue, contact Customer Service for information about obtaining the update.

Before installing the new revision, ensure you have followed all instructions in the
README.WRI file.
