VP_Patch.PS     - This code fragment redefines the pdfmark operator so as to overcome the
                  bug in Ventura Publisher version 4/5 which gives a value of 2000 to the
                  width of the border of a link. This file should be added to the Acrobat
                  Distiller's Startup folder on the Macintosh or the \ACRODIST\STARTUP
                  directory on the PC.
