Do Not Decrement or Remove Core Components During Uninstall

Requirement   (Designed for Microsoft® Windows® Logo)

The uninstaller must not decrement or remove any core component, in particular: Microsoft Foundation Class Library (MFC) DLLs, Open Database Connectivity (ODBC), and DAO DLLs.
