We strongly recommend that system administrators apply this PTF to all of their
licensed copies of the Visualage C++ for AIX V4R0M2 compiler and recompile all 
source code that might ever be run on a POWER3 system.

This maintenance level is to be applied on machines with V4.0.2 currently
installed.
