The name of the token has changed from SQLF_DBTN_LOCKLIST to
SQLF_DBTN_LOCK_LIST. The locklist parameter has been changed from a SMALLINT
to a 64-bit unsigned INTEGER. The following addition should be made to the
table of Updatable Database Configuration Parameters.
