4.13 Error SQL1035N when Using CLP on Windows 2000

If DB2 is installed to a directory to which only some users (e.g. administrators) have write access, a regular user may receive error SQL1035N when attempting to use the DB2 Command Line Processor.

To solve this problem, DB2 should be installed to a directory to which all users have write access.
