*      IBM Personal Communications AS/400 and 3270 for Windows NT version 4.1

* PROBLEMS FIXED: IC16686 - MSGIO.DLL Requires 130K+ stack size to load.

* INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
*
*   IC16686.exe (*.exe in the steps below) is a self-extracting
*   file containing the shipped executables.
*
*   The PARTS LIST is as follows:
*
*
*      SHIPPED (fn ft)               REPLACES in \WINNT\System32
*      MESSAGE.DLL                   MESSAGE.DLL
*      MSGIO.DLL                     MSGIO.DLL
*
*   Installing the fix on the system:
*
*      1) Be SURE to download *.exe file in BINARY format.
*
*      2) Stop Personal Communciations.
*
*      3) Create a Temp directory and copy *.exe into the temp directory and
*         execute the file.
*
*      4) Backup your previous versions of the parts listed in the
*         SHIPPED column in some manner.
*
*      5) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above.
*
*      6) Shutdown and reboot your system.
*
*      7) Restart Personal Communications
*
