Currently, PComm will paste one * line of data from the clipboard (until the first carriage return) into one * line of the emulator. If the line in the clipboard is longer than the line * in the emulator, it is truncated. This feature is to wrap long lines to * the next line in the emulator, instead of truncating them. * * To enable the line wrap function, a new keyword has been created in the WS * profile. The new keyword is "LineWrap" and it is in the "[Edit]" section. It * is a Yes/No flag so the value it is set to should be a "Y" or an "N". * Following is a sample Edit section from a WS profile that has the line wrap * option enabled: * * [Edit] * LineWrap=Y * FieldWrap=Y * TabControl=8 * * You can add this new keyword by editing the WS profile with any text editor * (i.e. notepad). * * * * INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: * __________________________ * * IC28348.exe (*.exe in the steps below) is a self-extracting * file containing the shipped executables. * * * The PARTS LIST is as follows: * _____________________________ * * * SHIPPED (fn ft) REPLACES in Personal COmmunications * PCSEDIT.DLL PCSEDIT.DLL * PCSPREF.DLL PCSPREF.DLL * * Installing the fix on the system: * * 1) Be SURE to download *.exe file in BINARY format. * * 2) Stop Personal Communciations. * * 3) Create a Temp directory and copy *.exe into the temp directory and * execute the file. * * 4) Backup your previous versions of the parts listed in the * SHIPPED column in some manner. * * 5) Copy the files into the directories noted in the REPLACES column above * * 6) Shutdown and reboot your system. * * 7) Restart Personal Communications * * * * * CONTACT FOR Support: * ____________________ * * If you have any questions, please call the IBM SUPPORT CENTER * for your Country.
