Editor view, right-click the newly created format definition.
- In the pop-up menu, select Add Context format.
- In the sub-menu that pops up, select the CHA context for which
you want to create the format elements. Note that if the CHA context
you want to add does not exist, you can create using the procedure in Creating format elements for new CHA contexts. A record
format element appears in the Outline view and the FMTE page of the Editor
view.
- In the Editor view, right-click the record format
element you just created for the CHA context.
- In the pop-up menu, select Add data format.
- In the sub-menu that pops up, select a data element. A
window appears prompting you to select the format element for this data element
from a pull-down list.
- After having selected the correct
format element for the data element, click Finish. The new format element appears in the Outline view and the FMTE page
of the Editor view.
- Repeat steps 5 to 8 until you have defined the
formats for all the data elements contained in the CHA context.
