Creating CHA contexts

CHA contexts are the containers used by Branch Transformation Toolkit applications to hold data during run time. For information on CHA contexts, see CHA.

To create a context:

  1. In the Editor view, select the CHA tab.
  2. From the Context Node palette, click New Context.
  3. In the workspace of the CHA page, click where you want to put the new CHA context.
  4. To rename the context, double click it and enter the new name.
  5. If the keyed collection to hold the context data does not exist, you need to create a definition for it.
  6. Right-click the new context and select Add keyed collection.
  7. If the keyed collection is not typed, select data. If the keyed collection is typed, select type.
  8. From the list of keyed collections, select the one you want to add to the context.
