Context type

A Context instance behaves according to the value contained in its operation attribute. This value determines whether the context is local or remote. In the case of remote contexts, it also determines whether the Context instance is the client side or server side of a CHA context. The operation attribute must have one of the following values:

Operation mode Description
Local Instance is local and is self-contained
Client Instance is the client side of a remote CHA context
Static Server Instance is the server side of a remote CHA context. The external XML definition files contain a static definition for the context.
Dynamic Server Instance is the server side of a remote CHA context. The context is dynamic and the external XML definition files do not have a definition.
