Creating services for the application logic layer consists
of creating service requesters and creating service objects.
Creating a service requester
The toolkit provides the BTTServiceRequester super class for you
to extend when creating your own service requesters. The BTTServiceRequester
super class has predefined methods for creating service requester instances
using the information in resource bundles, and accessing service holders through
local Java(TM) call,
remote EJB call, and WSIF. See the Javadoc of the BTTServiceRequester for
details about the predefined methods in this super class.
Creating a service object
The toolkit provides a super class BTTService as an interface that defines the major methods of the service objects. The toolkit also provides the BTTServiceImpl abstract class to provide the basic implementation of the major methods. You can create your own service objects based on these two classes to address your business needs.
