ISMD assistance in Boulder
The ISMD Help Desk in Boulder should be contacted for information regarding customer software orders, upgrades, releases, incorrect shipments, and anything relating to a customers software profile as maintained by ISMD in Boulder. Any customer may call the ISMD Help Desk for assistance as long as they have a valid customer number and product number.
When calling ISMD Help Desk phone number (1-800-879-2755) for software, please follow the following procedure.
- The phone will be answered by a voice response unit.
- Select "2" for software orders and inquiries.
- Have customer number ready.
- Wait to speak to a representative.
- If you have not received a Program Reorder Form, then ask the representative what address the form was sent to. If the address needs to be corrected, contact your IBM marketing person.
