May12, 1998      Couch      New package for each language to include new 
                           veagent.exe file.  New veagent.exe was in response 
                           to pmr reporting a non-responding veagent from DB2PM 
                           when VE was not running.
                           New veagent fixed problem. 

June 2, 1998     Drummond  Revise SQL queries to allow for commas as decimal 
                           characters.

July 29, 1998    Drummond  Include .CAT files to prevent messages such as:
                               Missing 11 in cga
                               Missing MxCP6 in cp 
                               Missing MxCPsPM1 in CPSPM  
                           received upon runtime error. 

August 29,1998   Drummond  Correct runtime error while printing graph using some
                           printer drivers.  Message is:   
                               Runtime error: UndefinedObject does    
                               not understand driverData     

December 30,1999  Pettigrew  Added star join support.  

March 27, 2001    Pettigrew  If reusing queryno for different dynamic explain map
                             statement cost information and plan table information
                             using the bindtime and explain time.
