Welcome to the IBM Rational ProjectConsole Tutorial. The tutorial sections listed in the table below contain exercises that are designed to show you how to use ProjectConsole to access current and objective project information so that you can monitor the progress and quality of your work accurately and efficiently.

If you are not a ProjectConsole administrator, and you plan to use the Web site to access and track information, then Section 1 – Exploring Rational ProjectConsole will provide you with enough information to get you started.  If you are a ProjectConsole administrator responsible for setting up the ProjectConsole team Web site, creating report templates, scheduling data collections, and so on, explore sections 2 through 17 to see which of these are of interest to you.

Note  The ProjectConsole administrator must complete Section 0 – Setting Up for the ProjectConsole Tutorial before users can log in to the ProjectConsole Web site and complete other sections of this tutorial.
