There is a one to one correspondence between the disk image
(UR53377(1) and the diskette that is created.
There are three(3) images for this PTF:

To create a diskette from a downloaded image, explode the images
by typing the name of the file, i. e. 01B0-eng-4690DDS.exe.  Next use
the LOADDSKF program provided in the directory to create the diskette.
LOADDSKF is designed to run in DOS, OS/2, Windows 95, Windows 98, and
Windows NT.  If you are running Windows NT, and it will not execute
try using the FORCEDOS program, i.e FORCEDOS LOADDSKF UR513251.DSK

Type LOADDSKF on your command line for parameter information.

The corrective service is packaged in a self-extracting executable
file.  Execute the program to extract the files and directories.
The format of the command is the following:

01a0-eng-dds-lan.exe TargetDirectory
The following directories will be created in the specified target
directory:  DISK1, DISK2, and DISK3

The instructions for applying or removing corrective service can be found
in the file named readme.fds in the directory DISK1 or on the diskette
installation.  The directories that have been created are in the code
server format documented in the readme.fds file.  Use the following
procedure if you want to create corrective service installation diskettes.

Creating Corrective Service Installation Diskettes:
   Copy the contents of each directory to a diskette and label the diskette
as shown:
   Directory name       Diskette Label
