Case workers can manually enter a PCR assessment without the use of a rule set. The 'Enter PCR' option is displayed when the organization has configured to allow the user to manually enter the PCR classification for the case. The functionality is enabled via a checkbox during PCR configuration. Once configured, the caseworker will see a button on the PCR tab which brings them to a modal page where they can enter a manual PCR assessment.
