When the customer upgrades the Reporting Solution the first step is to review the Reporting Upgrade Documentation to review the upgrade and get a list of all artifacts that have changed. Once the customer has a complete list of the changed artifacts a review of each artefact is needed to decide if a change is required. Once the review is complete any required changes are made.
