H2 is an SQL database engine written in Java that implements the JDBC API. A browser-based console application is included.
Limitations in the support of H2 :1
- Usage of this database is only for development.
- It is not supported at runtime.
- EAR files cannot be built for this database.
- The configure target which automatically configures the application server cannot be run while this database is in use.
