                 the SOFTWARE_COMPONENT_NAME in the Configuration Repository 
                 gets corrupted past the 33rd or 34th character.


IY03671          When multiple small fpblocks are distributed and the 
                 Historical Database is enabled, the wdistfpblock method hangs. 
                 Similar hangs have also been observed when distributing autopacks
                 and filepacks when the Historical Database is enabled.  

IY03638          When doing a software distribution with Historical Database
                 enabled, an error shows up in a RIM trace.
