Explanation

Your latest browser/server interaction was a stateful session with a junctioned back-end server that is no longer responding. Access Manager WebSEAL requires a service located on this server to complete your request. If you break the stateful session with this junctioned server and start a new session, it is possible that the server will have returned to operation. It is also possible that there is a junctioned replica server available to provide the required service.


Solution

Start a new session with the Access Manager WebSEAL server. The original junctioned server may have returned to operation. If not, a stateful session will be established with a replica server, if one exists.
