ZRECP SETUP-Initialize Internal Recoup Structures

Use this command to perform one-time initialization of the internal recoup structures before running recoup on a specific subsystem. These structures include the recoup scheduling control table (IRSCT) and the recoup active root tables (IRARTs).

RESET
turns off the recoup setup in progress indicator, allowing subsequent ZRECP START or ZRECP SETUP commands to be accepted.
