To install, locate the current ibmlb.sys on your system. This file is typically located 
in %SYSTEM32%\drivers directory. If you are unsure of the location of the file, you can 
issue : dir /s ibmlb.sys from C: (or D:) to locate the file.

Stop the load balancer : 
   dscontrol executor stop
   dsserver stop

Rename your current ibmlb.sys to ibmlb.sys.old and copy over appropriate new ibmlb.sys 
Remove the .32 or .64 extension; this extension indicates the bit size of the executable 
and should match the architecture of the system. 

If you are unsure of the architecture of the machine, consult the System Properties from 
the control panel.
