The packages in this directory are backup formated files (bff) 
that adhere to AIX packaging rules. They should be installed 
via SMIT (or, if you are brave, directly via the installp command)

To install via SMIT follow the steps outlined below.

1. FTP the packages to your system.
2. HALT your ADSM Server if it is running
3. As root user, run SMIT and select
   o Software Installation and Maintenance
     o Install and Update Software 
       o Install and Update from LATEST available Software
         - Specify the INPUT device / directory for software
           (where you ftp'd the packages to)and press "ok"
         - On the options screen, specify
           COMMIT Software Updates NO
           SAVE Replaced files     YES
         - press "ok" then "ok" to the "ARE YOU SURE" confirmation.
4. Restart your ADSM Server.
