This patch is packaged as an AIX update package (backup formatted file).

To apply this patch,

1. Untar ADSM31258S_AIX.tar.
   The actual install package is named PA31258.bff
2. Halt your server
3. Via SMIT, APPLY the Patch. (You should already be at 
   service level 3.1.2.50.) 
4. Restart your server.
   - The server level will report as Version 3, Release 1, Level 2.58 
   - When you restart the server a list of fixes will be displayed.
