Backing Up a Sequential Access Storage Pool
To create backup copies of files that reside in a primary storage
pool and store the backup copies in a copy storage pool, first complete
the following fields and then click Finish, or click Cancel
to end the task.
Notes: (1) You can only back up storage pools with DATAFORMAT=NATIVE.
or DATAFORMAT=NONBLOCK. (2) For AIX, HP-UX, Sun and Windows only: You
cannot back up data from or to storage pools defined with a CENTERA device
class.
Copy Storage Pool
Select the name of the copy
storage pool in which the backup copies will be stored.
Maximum Number of Processes to Use
Enter the maximum number of parallel processes to use for backing up files.
The value must be a number from 1 to 999. The default is 1.
Preview
Select whether you want to preview the results of the backup operation
without actually backing up the data.

Volumesonly |
Specifies that you want to preview the backup operation,
but only want to display a list of primary storage pool volumes containing

These volumes must be mounted if you actually perform the backup. |

Select whether to wait for the server
to complete processing this command in the foreground.
