Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese Linux platforms with a glibc level of 1.95, 2.1, or 2.2 cannot display a number of characters used by DB2 UDB. If you are using one these platforms, then any characters specific to the IBM code page, and any characters entered following them, will not display on the DB2 command line.
